Before you proceed to the payment screen, double-check your reservation date and time. Unfortunately, if your reservation is within the refund policy, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your time.
RESERVATION POLICY:
For reservations online, full payment by credit card is required.
When booking a reservation online, Valid ID and Credit Card used to purchase must be shown to redeem the reservation.
All rentals start at the time of reservation, please plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. This will allow time to park, complete paperwork and receive instructions.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early returns.
RENTAL POLICY:
All drivers must be born before September 1, 1993 and have a valid ID (government issued ID or driver license). Any drivers born AFTER September 1, 1993 must be 21 of age and the driver is required to have a Texas Boater Education Certificate per Texas State law.https://tpwd.texas.gov/education/boater-education. Completion of this course is required to operate a rental vessel for drivers born after September 1, 1993 and 21 of age. If you have not completed this course by the time of your rental and there are no other qualified drivers for the vessel, no refund will be issued. If you are OLDER than September 1, 1993, Texas Law does not require a Boater Safety Course, however, we highly recommend it.
As of September 1, 2019, the driver must wear the safety lanyard provided while operating the vessel per Texas State Law.
Customers agree to follow all state and local laws as well as Riviera Marina rules given in the customer orientation.
No pets allowed on any rental boats.
Parents/Guardians MUST provide life vests for children under the age of 2.
DEPOSIT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 48-hour cancellation notice prior to your schedule departure is required; otherwise, you will not be provided a refund.
Any reservation made within 48-hour of departure will not be provided a refund.
In the event of weather conditions that we deem in our sole discretion to be unsafe a refund will be given.
In the event of lake closure by government authority a full refund will be given.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early returns.
LATE RETURN POLICY
We have a zero-tolerance late return policy after 10 minutes of late arrival you will be charged a double hourly rate thereafter. If past closing the charge will be triple time. If you're not back at your scheduled time you will be charged double for any extended time and triple after closing.
We regret we cannot make exceptions to these policies.
