Before you proceed to the payment screen, double-check your reservation date and time. Unfortunately, if your reservation is within the refund policy, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your time.
RESERVATION POLICY:
Full payment by credit card is required for all reservations.
A valid ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment is required to redeem your reservation.
Rentals begin at the scheduled reservation time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for parking, completing paperwork, and receiving instructions.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early returns.
RENTAL POLICY:
All drivers must be born before September 1, 1993, and must have a valid government-issued ID or U.S. driver's license.
Drivers born after September 1, 1993, must be at least 21 years old and are required by Texas state law to have a Texas Boater Education Certificate to operate a rental vessel. For more information on this course, visit:Texas Boater Education.
Completion of this course is mandatory for drivers born after September 1, 1993. If you have not completed the course by the time of your rental and no other qualified drivers are available, no refunds will be issued.
For drivers born before September 1, 1993, a Boater Safety Course is not required by Texas law, but we highly recommend completing one.
As of September 1, 2019, Texas law requires drivers to wear the provided safety lanyard while operating the vessel.
Customers agree to comply with all state and local laws, including those outlined in the Water Safety Act, as well as the rules and guidelines provided during the customer orientation at Riviera Marina.
The rental price includes fuel, all required safety equipment, ice, and instructions.
No pets are allowed on any rental boats.
DEPOSIT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 48-hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure is required for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure will not be refunded.
Reservations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by Riviera Marina management sole discretion, a refund will be issued.
In the event of lake closure by government authority, a full refund will be provided.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early returns.
We regret that no exceptions can be made to these policies.
LATE FEE POLICY:
If the vessel is not returned by the scheduled end/return time, a late fee will be applied at double the standard rate, per minute late.
If the vessel is not returned by the scheduled end/return time and the return time falls at business closing hours, the late fee will be triple the standard rate, per minute late.
